From May 10,2023, XUZHOU HOLD WATER FOOD officially started the garlic purchase and storage work in the new production season.
We first start by drying the fresh garlic, scientifically drying 1,000 tons of fresh garlic.
It is understood that the storage and drying of fresh garlic need strict process and fine management. In order to ensure the reliable quality of the drying garlic, we purchased the fresh garlic with high quality, high maturity, round and full shape from the garlic farmers. After returning to the knowing water processing workshop, we conduct primary processing of garlic, removing the soil, peeling the garlic bottom, and putting them into the drying net bag. Workshop management personnel will check quality spot and tracking.
Finally, we will treat the fresh garlic into the special drying rack with layered drying. We also need to take daily records and check the weather forecast in time. After 14-20 days of drying, the 2023 new dried garlic, with first-class quality and standard specifications, will be finished.
