The Quality of Garlic Decreased Significantly in 2023

        From 20th May to 24th May, 2023, at the critical time of garlic harvest, a continuous rain affected about 60% of the new garlic in China. At present, the dried garlic is affected to varying degrees, which is specifically reflected in the phenomenon of black and mildew in the garlic skin.

 

       This will make our export processing work more careful and patience.

       In order to ensure that the export quality reaches A level, XUZHOU HOLDWATER FOOD sets up A special quality sampling department. After the workshop quality supervisor strictly monitors the processing quality of the workers, we will carry out a second sampling test again, ensuring to deliver high quality garlic to every customer.
