The leader of XUZHOU HOLDWATER FOOD CO., LTD. led the team to the BianTang town to visit the factory. On the morning of February 1st, Nick, president of the company, led 16 cadres to the factory to visit and learn the corporate culture construction of the factory.

    We first came to the corporate culture corridor built in front of the production workshops. The leader introduced the development process of the factory, and then he took us to the operation workshops and warehouses. We listened carefully. It deepened our understanding of the 6S management mode and production atmosphere of the factory.

     After visiting the factory area, we came to the conference room for exchange and discussion. Nick introduced the background of organizing the visit and exchange activities, evaluating the corporate culture system of the factory, and affirmed the role of 6S management mode in improving production efficiency. All cadres are required to communicate and study with problems, and bring the learning results back for promotion and application.
